Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following information before requesting a return, exchange, or cancellation.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, complete with all accessories, manuals, and included components, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returned products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Zericeicei or the manufacturer.
Sale, clearance, closeout, and final-sale products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Before returning anything, contact us at returns@zericeicei.com. Please include your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Do not ship a product back without receiving return instructions and authorization from Zericeicei. The correct return location may vary by product or manufacturer. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Zericeicei or the manufacturer.
Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are nonrefundable. If Zericeicei provides a return label for a customer-responsibility return, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Zericeicei is not responsible for returns lost or damaged while being shipped by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order and its packaging promptly after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact returns@zericeicei.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage.
Please retain all packaging materials while the claim is being reviewed. Do not discard packaging or return the product until you receive instructions from Zericeicei.
Eligible damaged or defective products may be repaired, replaced with the same item, or refunded, depending on availability and the circumstances of the claim.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are generally available only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange an eligible product for a different product, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Returned products are inspected before a refund is approved.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee and nonrefundable shipping costs. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Products that are returned incomplete, used, damaged, missing parts, or outside the return period may receive a partial refund or may be ineligible for a refund.
Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at returns@zericeicei.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been submitted for fulfillment. If an order has already shipped, it must be handled under the return provisions above.
Any nonrefundable manufacturer, processing, rerouting, return-shipping, or carrier charges incurred after fulfillment begins may be deducted from the refund when permitted.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims made after the return period may need to be handled according to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Product-Specific Conditions
Certain products or manufacturers may have additional return restrictions or requirements. When applicable, those conditions will be disclosed on the product page or communicated before the order is completed.
Product-specific terms will not reduce any rights provided by applicable law.
