Price matches are subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be identical in brand, model, condition, and included accessories.
• The item must be new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase.
• The competitor must be an authorized U.S. retailer.
• The competitor’s total price, including shipping and handling, will be considered.
• Marketplace, auction, liquidation, clearance, open-box, used, refurbished, membership, coupon, and limited-time promotional offers are excluded.
• Price matching is subject to supplier pricing policies and verification.
• Zericeicei reserves the right to approve or decline a price-match request.
