Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received it. We will then confirm availability with our supplier.

Your payment method may be authorized at checkout, but you will not be charged until availability is confirmed and your order is ready to be processed. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will contact you by email before proceeding.

Order Processing and Shipping

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within five business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
